Frequently Asked Questions

Ex-chainstore clothing is clothing that was originally made for a major UK high street store who cancelled the order. (The most common cause for cancellations is late delivery.) The clothing is therefore the high quality you would expect from these stores, and has passed safety and quality control. All items are brand new, perfect undamaged stock. We can then offer the clothing to our customers at a clearance price, generally half of the RRP.

Original swing tags, and sometimes the brand name on internal labels are removed or defaced (cut or blacked out) to the satisfactory level of the chainstore/factory. Size, fabrics, washing instructions and fire safety labels will not have been removed. This is legally required in order to protect the intellectual rights of the original store group and also to prevent unauthorised store-returns. The debranding process does not affect the item in any way. We ensure that it is done neatly and all products look very presentable and are suitable as gifts.

We are also required not to directly advertise the store name, which is why the name will be written with hyphens or asterisks. Please contact us if you require help with deciphering the store name.

You can pay by Paypal, Credit/Debit card or over the phone by calling 0330 127 3220.  We accept all major credit / debit cards.

If you have selected the partially tracked postage option, your order should arrive within 3-5 working days. Please be in touch with us again then, and we will recheck on your tracking.

Your tracking details will update when we attempt to deliver your order”. This means your parcel is on its way to you. If you do not receive it, keep checking on the tracing as it may update to show that they attempted delivery.

The tracking number shows as delivered when the barcode on the parcel is scanned at the correct address. This means that the postal worker definitely scanned it and left it somewhere in or around your home. We recommend firstly having a word with your neighbours, and the postal worker if possible.

If you are logged in, the cart will save the items for you on the system. However, leaving them in the cart does not “reserve” them and there is a possibility that some lines could sell out before you complete your purchase.

As we work on a one working day fulfilment basis, we may not be able to amend or cancel your order if it has already been processed. If you’re really quick at contacting us, we might be able to cancel or amend your order.

As our products have not been manufactured for us, we cannot provide a generic size guide. For ex store items, we recommend looking up the size guide on the original store’s website.
