Our returns policy

We offer a 14 day returns policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please respect your fellow customers and avoid returning items which are creased or have picked up household odours.

We are unable to accept returns on underwear or swimwear for sanitary reasons.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I return an item?

To start a return, please go to your account and view the order you would like to start a return for.

Please include a slip with your order ID, name, address, and details of the return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Please contact us by email if you cannot see your refund.

If you require a different style or size, please return the item to us, and we will refund you, and you can purchase the item again.
